MBBS in Vietnam Admission Process 2026

The admission process for MBBS in Vietnam in 2026 is simple, transparent, and student-friendly. Most universities require academic eligibility, NEET qualification for Indian students, document verification, and visa processing. Intakes and exact deadlines vary by university, so students should apply early.

Registration:

This is the first and foremost step to getting admission to top medical colleges in Vietnam. The major intakes for MBBS admission in Vietnam are usually February/March and September/October, depending on the university. After profile evaluation, we help students complete the registration process at their selected university to study MBBS in Vietnam.

Documentation

Now, candidates need to submit relevant documents in soft copy form along with all the necessary details asked on the MBBS colleges in Vietnam admission portal. Candidates can refer to the required documents list for complete details.

Admission Letter:

After verification of the student’s application and submitted documents, the university will issue the admission letter. This is considered the temporary seat allocation to the selected medical college in Vietnam.

Apostle and Validation:

Here, candidates are required to provide all relevant academic documents along with the NEET scorecard, passport, and other necessary documents in original form. All the documents will be processed for notarization, legalization, and validation as per the university and Vietnam Embassy requirements.

Letter of Invitation:

Once all the documents are successfully verified and all necessary formalities are completed, the university will issue the letter of invitation, which confirms the student’s permanent enrollment in the medical degree program at the selected university in Vietnam.

Visa Application:

Receiving the letter of invitation is the initial step of the visa process. The visa application requires additional documents apart from academic records, and it may take around 20 to 30 business days to receive a student visa for MBBS abroad in Vietnam.

Departure and Post-Arrival Services:

At this stage, complete departure processing like travel tickets, international SIM cards, forex assistance, airport pickup in Vietnam, drop to the university, hostel allotment, and other necessary post-arrival support services will be taken care of.
